She required a renovation to her existing bathroom suite which included a full upgrade and refit.

So, why did they need a complete refit?

Space

This bathroom is very limited on space.

In order to utilise the ‘L’ shape and fit in a toilet plus a towel radiator, we needed to move the existing fittings.

We moved the:

• Bath alongside the inside wall to underneath the window;
• Toilet from underneath the window, onto the wall;
• We added a towel radiator next to the sink, and a toilet next to the bath.

Old fittings

It’s important to upgrade old fittings as they wear and begin to work inefficiently.

Leaky taps and worn seals are ineffective and as a result, can cost money.
